Mary is Harford Appliance’s first female owner in the company’s history. Her lifelong knowledge of appliance repair is matched only by her sunny disposition and outgoing nature. Mary plans to pass down her five-plus years of appliance repair office managerial experience just like her family did with her. 

Jim has been in the industry for more than 38 years and has seen it all and fixed it all. His previous experience with BGE Home Services has helped him understand most appliances, and his four years with Frigidaier have cemented that understanding. Jim is also W/P Factory Services Certified.
